"My Primal Life" is all about living simply, healthy, happy and for a long time. It is about eating REAL food and sharing those recipes with others. It is about being active - exercising and cross-fit training. It
is about nature and getting back to it. Mostly, it is about being happy and just having fun in life.
It all began for me on November 17th of 2012. I was depressed, overweight, unhappy and just tired. My knees hurt,
my digestive system was a mess, I was a nervous wreck and I had the jitters. I realized that I needed to get control of my life and I felt the first thing to do was to get on a diet program to lose weight. While surfing the internet for the
perfect diet plan I stumbled onto Mark Sisson's "The Primal Blueprint". I ran down to Half Priced Books - plopped down the $13.95 and started reading. WOW, what a life changer. I have lost 97 lbs since then and feel better than I have
in years. I no longer have the medical issues, I am happy, healthy and fully satisfied with life. Although, the book got me started I soon realized that there was much more to it than just eating or working out. You actually have to change
your whole lifestyle. Minimize everything, get back to basics, strip away all the unnecessary garbage, clean house and body if you will and start fresh. So I created this website to help those that feel like I used to feel. I hope
it helps. All the recipes, work-out techniques etc are all tried and true. They worked for me and I know they can work for you.
